Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Smugglers, New Weapons, and More!

Sandbox Interactive's medieval fantasy MMORPG, Albion Online, is preparing for its next major update, Rogue Frontier, launching February 3rd. This update introduces a host of exciting new features.

Outland Adventures:

The Rogue Frontier update focuses on the Smugglers, rebellious outlaws challenging the Royal Continent's authority in the Outlands. They've established hidden bases known as Smuggler's Dens, serving as crucial hubs for banking, repairs, and expedition planning. These dens are interconnected through the Smuggler's Network, a sophisticated marketplace system spanning the Outlands.

Players can actively participate in the conflict between the Smugglers and Royal Guards. Missions include rescuing captured Smugglers and delivering contraband within Smuggler Crates.

Rewards and New Items:

Loyalty to the Smugglers is handsomely rewarded. Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader residing in the dens, offers valuable items such as the Smuggler's Vanity Set, a potion cooldown-reducing Smuggler's Cape, and a Smuggler's Ring and Avatar.

The update introduces Kill Trophies, dropped by defeated players. The quality of the defeated player's loot directly impacts the chance of obtaining a Kill Trophy.

New weapons add a stylish edge to combat:

• Rotcaller Staff: Summons a chilling mist to repel enemies.
• Skystrider Bow: Allows levitation for aerial attacks.
• Forcepulse Bracers: Unleashes shockwaves during dashes.
