Delta Force's mobile release is on the horizon, slated for later this year, and developer Level Infinite has unveiled an exciting content roadmap for 2025. While the free-to-play model has drawn some criticism, the game's reception has largely been positive.

The initial season focuses on expanding existing content. Expect new operators, weapons, attachments, and gadgets, along with additional maps for the Warfare mode.

Season two amps up the excitement with nighttime versions of existing maps, plus more operators, weapons, and the like. Season three introduces a new season pass and Warfare map, while season four adds yet another Warfare map and further content expansions.

Mobile and Beyond: Delta Force plans to offer cross-progression between mobile and PC platforms. This suggests that much of the PC content will likely be available on mobile at launch. The content roadmap itself is quite substantial.

The Warfare mode is particularly promising, potentially filling a void left by the Battlefield series in the mobile gaming market. However, performance in large-scale battles with extensive environmental destruction will depend on individual device capabilities.

With a projected release date in late April, there's still some time to wait. In the meantime, explore our list of top iOS shooters to keep yourself entertained.
