Clash Heroes Lives On – Sort Of! Supercell's Project R.I.S.E. Reimagines the Visuals

While Clash Heroes may be gone, its spirit (or at least its art style) lives on in Supercell's new project, Project R.I.S.E. This isn't a direct sequel, but rather a new social roguelite action game utilizing Clash Heroes' unique visual assets.

Project R.I.S.E. is a three-player cooperative experience set in a location called The Tower. The core gameplay is distinct from Clash Heroes, offering a fresh take on the roguelite genre. For a closer look, watch the developer video below!

Project R.I.S.E.: A New Beginning

Supercell's track record with game cancellations is well-known, so Project R.I.S.E.'s future remains uncertain. The recent release of Squad Busters might also impact its development. However, this pre-alpha release offers a glimmer of hope for fans of Clash Heroes' distinctive art style, which forms a significant part of Project R.I.S.E.'s visual identity.

The game has been in development for some time, and its pre-alpha launch suggests we're closer than ever to experiencing this new title.
