Candy Crush is teaming up with Blizzard\'s Warcraft?

Celebrate Warcraft's 30th Anniversary in Candy Crush Saga!

Blizzard Entertainment is commemorating three decades of Warcraft with a surprising collaboration: a Candy Crush Saga event! From November 22nd to December 6th, players can choose to side with either the Orcs or Humans in a series of team-based challenges.

This unique crossover event pits Team Tiffi (Humans) against Team Yeti (Orcs) in a competitive tournament structure featuring qualifiers, knockouts, and a final showdown. Victorious players will earn impressive rewards, including 200 in-game gold bars.

An Unexpected Pairing

This collaboration between the iconic Warcraft franchise and the popular match-3 puzzle game, Candy Crush Saga, is certainly unexpected. However, given the immense popularity of both franchises and their shared connection through Activision Blizzard, the partnership makes a certain amount of sense. It also highlights the mainstream appeal of Warcraft, introducing its legacy to a broader audience.
