Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. A malfunctioning elevator leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. The player regains control after a cutscene.

Locating the Security Desk

Explore the crash site until you find a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator. Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Defeat the zombies with the hatchet. A phone call at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher levels from the A.C.R. room. Locate the Administration Facility. Answer the phone and find four documents to place in the file display area. Mannequins will pursue; sprint to maintain distance. File locations: corner desk, left side near a round table, small central table, and the cafe near a sink. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, locate the glass chamber, and eliminate the Mimic (it disappears; shoot moving objects to reveal it) to get the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water and a console. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card held by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code, and drain the water within 25 seconds by flipping three switches. Defeat the Mangler and its horde for the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Ride the elevator, fight off zombies, and answer the phone in the BioTech room. Eliminate the zombies and the Disciple. The mission concludes with a hallucination reveal.
