Application Description:

Escape the Cursed Forest: A Simple, Non-Combat RPG

Embark on a solitary adventure as the village's best hunter, thrust into a mysterious cursed forest. This isn't your typical RPG; it's a minimalist experience focused on exploration, strategic decision-making, and a touch of luck. The goal? Escape.

Prologue: You arrive at a hunting tournament only to find the forest eerily deserted. The trail leads you in circles, highlighting the strange, unsettling nature of the curse.

The Elven Curse: Aided by a cryptic quarter-elf named Foria, you'll navigate this perilous environment using intuitive, streamlined controls (3 buttons max, excluding the menu).

Character Creation: While character customization is limited, you can freely reroll your stats until you're satisfied. Remember, these stats are crucial, but you can only check them before starting the game.

Foria, the Peddler Quarter-Elf: This enigmatic child-like guide secretly assists you, lending the power of ancient forest spirits to aid your escape.

Gameplay:

Exploration: Uncover hidden paths and areas within each section of the forest. Your success depends on your stats and the "fog depth" of each area. Run out of life force? Use poison or rare talismans to recover, or strategically retreat to Foria.
Encounters: Beware the forest's creatures! While you can avoid combat, encounters with wild animals are unavoidable. Defeating them yields hides for trading with Foria. There are no level-ups through combat; survival is key. Combat involves maintaining distance to use your bow and arrow, or using wound medicine. If caught, choose between a risky withdrawal or a guaranteed escape using a flash ball.
Cloak System: Craft a layered cloak from collected materials to enhance your abilities. The more layers, the better the boost, but be aware that your cloak can be damaged and eventually destroyed.
