Players will gain limited control over ghosts, a mechanic intricately linked to a karma system. This system tracks player actions, shaping not only their current lives but also their afterlife.

Good deeds determine a peaceful transition to the afterlife, while negative actions may condemn players to an afterlife as a lingering ghost. Redemption, in the form of earning missing karma points, is required for these spectral beings to move on.

While ghosts will be present in InZOI's early access, player control will be a later addition. The developer assures that InZOI's core focus remains on realistic gameplay, with paranormal elements playing a supporting role. However, the possibility of future additions to the game's unexplained phenomena remains open.
