Pocket Gamer a récemment découvert Fantasma de Dynabytes à la Gamescom Latam – un jeu d'aventure GPS multijoueur en réalité augmentée (AR). Ce titre intrigant a récemment reçu une mise à jour importante, ajoutant la prise en charge des langues japonaise, coréenne, malaise et portugaise. Une nouvelle expansion est prévue, avec une sortie en allemand, italien et espagnol prévue dans les mois à venir.

Mais qu'est-ce que est exactement Fantasma ? Dans ce jeu, les joueurs chassent et combattent des créatures espiègles en utilisant des champs électromagnétiques portables comme appâts. Le combat se déroule en réalité augmentée, obligeant les joueurs à manœuvrer leur téléphone pour garder le Fantasma en vue tout en touchant l'écran pour attaquer. Les Fantasma vaincus sont ensuite capturés dans des bouteilles spéciales.

Le jeu utilise des lieux du monde réel, encourageant l'exploration pour découvrir de nouveaux Fantasma. Les joueurs peuvent également déployer des capteurs pour étendre leur rayon de recherche et attirer des créatures plus éloignées.
