The app's primary goal is to simplify and accelerate the entire purchase process. From the moment an order is placed until the parts are delivered, we guarantee customers receive their parts as quickly and efficiently as possible, at the lowest prices.

Here is the operating procedure used in the app:

1. When a consumer places an order, it is sent to all importers. Tashleeh Pro then searches for the best offers with the lowest prices and presents them to the consumer, ensuring they get the best service.

2. The app lets consumers browse all offers they receive and freely choose the best one.

3. Consumers can share offers via select social media platforms.

4. The app allows consumers to select their preferred payment method, facilitating transactions whether through electronic payment or cash on delivery.

5. Consumers can choose their delivery method, either through the app's own delivery service for efficient direct-to-door delivery, or by picking up the order from the importer's connected shop.

6. Through the app, consumers can track their order status via external notifications, the app's notification page/screen, or by directly looking up the order.

7. Consumers can contact management at any time to submit comments or complaints.

8. The app allows users to rate services and send notes, which are tracked by the app's management team.

9. Users can specify their own vehicle and list its models to simplify and speed up the process of sending orders to importers.
