VIDA, a digitally native brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app is a key component, supporting the entire customer journey from ownership onward. It seamlessly connects to your vehicle via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity, allowing remote control of various vehicle functions.

Key features include: WiFi connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call management (receive/reject), missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection); Cloud connectivity for remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates; and BLE connectivity for locking/unlocking, ignition on/off, boot opening, and scooter ping.

Users can also schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize their ride based on terrain or preference.
