Capcom dévoile le programme de la troisième année de Street Fighter 6

Capcom a officiellement dévoilé la liste des personnages de l'année 3 en contenu téléchargeable (DLC) pour Street Fighter 6 lors du Summer Game Fest 2025. L'annonce révèle quatre nouveaux combattants qui rejoindront le roster :

  • Sagat - Été 2025
  • C. Viper - Automne 2025
  • Alex - Début du printemps 2026
  • Ingrid - Fin du printemps 2026

La révélation s'est faite grâce à une bande-annonce spéciale mettant en scène le catcheur professionnel Kenny Omega incarnant chaque futur personnage DLC. La vidéo a présenté les apparences redessinées des combattants et incluait des séquences de gameplay de Sagat démontrant ses mouvements signature - Tiger Shot, Tiger Uppercut et Tiger Knee - contre Ryu sur une version réinventée de son arène classique de Thaïlande.

Ingrid fait un retour surprise dans le cadre des ajouts de personnages de l'année 3 de Street Fighter 6.

Si les vétérans de la saga reconnaîtront Alex, C. Viper et Sagat, Ingrid représente un choix plus pointu dans l'histoire des jeux de combat de Capcom. Le personnage est apparu pour la première fois dans Capcom Fighting Evolution en 2004 avant de faire une seconde apparition dans Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX pour PlayStation Portable en 2006.
